Nearing the End

When you think it's over
WHEN YOU THINK IT'S OVER
when you think it's over
when the twilight goes dim
when hopes are shattered
when the white seems grim
when all falls apart
when floods reach the brim
when the future is dark
when the friends play nim
it's then when oppurtunities beckon you
it's then when you fly like the plover
it's then when you are there to win
it's then when you at heights hover
it's then when you actually begin
it's then when it's definitely not over

Fallen in love he did really rise....
FALLEN IN LOVE HE DID REALLY RISE….
Once upon a time there lived a king
who always yearned in life for some zing
which resulted in newer wives being brought
with whom he wanted to ping.
The king liked one of his wife...
whom he would never ever swipe
but alas! one day that wife caught a flu
whose treatment no doctor could do.
Seeing the king's wife's fever...
sprung out of nowhere ,her unknown lover.
The king was in a dilemma : “punish the overambitious man
or sit beside the sweating wife with a fan”
But the lover approached the king with complete suave..
And with the unique power of love,he felt dauntlessly brave..
Sometimes life appears completely mazy ...
when everything around us looks so hazy..
The king too felt the same
when his beloved 's lover came.
It is these moments of undecisiveness that make us grow in life.
The king stood emotionless , a sea of confusions ahead ….Was he ready 2 dive?
"Should the man be allowed to meet his wife..
or should he be cut through with a knife............."
this dilemma was causing the king great internal strife.
The gong made the noise ,
the time for the king to show his poise.
"love n jeolously"..the two warriors at war..... .
The king's mind was the battleground and escape was far.
No hidden clauses..ahead lay a beast
“will the man survive or will he fall a feast”
The beast stood within the king
the man to be tested, ahead lay a ring
In d middle of the ring dere was a dice..
whose judge ment was considerd by the king to be wise.
The dice was thrown..the game was played..
the heavens watched.. and the mob with fear swayed.
The lover had hope in his eyes
while the crowd watched fearfully and stiffled their cries.
But there was no scope
the king had left no hope
the results were evident
no one questioned how
the king won the game
the wife plunged in a river with shame
Although the man died,he created history
His life, like each one of ours, remained a mystery.
Folks, evrything in life goes on a wheel
from fortune to fame and real to reel.
So years later we might return..to tell you other tales..
where the same king will be haunted..by the queen ,her lover and their wails.
